How do i enroll my child?
Thank you for considering enrolling your student with us! To begin the enrollment, you can either click on the "Enroll Now!" button on our Home page animated banner or access the Enrollment Form link directly on the Services tab drop-down. We look forward to hearing from you soon!
Once I enroll, how do I access the member area?
Students can easily access the Members' Area by using their school's Google email. Once they submit their request for approval, we will confirm it upon receiving their Enrollment Form submission and payment.
How do we get placed with a tutor?
After submitting your Enrollment Form, we will do our best to match your student with a tutor that best fits their needs within 2-3 business days. Once we have found a suitable tutor, they will contact you directly to discuss scheduling.
How do I cancel a booking?
You can cancel a booking with us by accessing the Members' Area of our website in order to proceed to the Bookings portal. There, you can see all of your bookings and cancel or reschedule as needed. Please note that you can only cancel or reschedule online up to 24 hours in advance in order to receive a full refund. If you are modifying your booking short of 24 hours notice, then you must contact our office.
What happens if I cancel three times with my tutor?
Students who cancel three times within one academic semester will lose their time slot with their tutor and be moved from "Recurring" to an "As-Needed" status. In order to book with a tutor after being moved to "As-Needed", the student must request a booking through Booking Services on our website.
I am working with a tutor, but I need a new subject covered. What do I do?
If you need additional help with a subject or topic that your assigned tutor cannot help you with, then you can request to be placed with an additional tutor to meet those needs by contacting the office through phone, email, or the chat box on the bottom right of this page.
